EFT course now ready

I have been very busy, apart from loads of clients I have been writing the EFT weekend training course for 13th and 14th September.

Day one is EFT level one and Day two is EFT Coaching level one .....this is the WHO2 Wisdom Way coaching method. It's a new way of getting to use EFT in the most effective way, you can't just launch into EFT and expect the client to understand, first you have to understand your client.

Day two is all about that, putting EFT into a working method, its what we do so we know it works...

Vietnam has no idea what is in store and I hope they appreciate her fun and laughter as much as I shall miss it! I know we will be in touch via the internet but it's still a long way....maybe I can go and join her for a short while....you never know.

The British summer

Yes, it's not been great so far. Cool, cloudy and wet! I feel sorry for one of my sons who is visiting us from his home in Thailand, it seems every time he comes over to the UK it's like this.

Went to visit a client the other day who suffers in the winter with depression caused by the lack of sun light (SAD - seasonally adjusted disorder) which slows down the melatonin production in the body. He had a Light Box and was considering using it this week.....well why not?

We could of course just use EFT techniques to dispel the very thought of depression and encourage the body to heal it's self...now that would be better!

Back to reality

It was back to normal working yesterday after a few days in Wales...in fact yesterday was non stop. Thankfully today will be less tiring, a client this mornng for EFT and a visit to one this afternoon for Allergy Testing...my August special offer.

Newsletter day

It's Thursday already; been catching up on the delegates from Sundays workshop...which was great!! I am so lucky to have met such wonderful people and they all enjoyed the workshop so much it makes me happy being able to help so many people.

It is also one of the days that the newsletter goes out, so I have writen the article for this one, all about holidays and relxation.....I don't think they go together some how!

Off to North Wales for the weekend to see Patricia who has exciting news.....more about that soon.

Energy workshop

Energy workshop tomorrow, I will be leading a group discovering what energy is and how we can use it for better health, both physical and emotional.

I have just had to purchase some chocolate bars for an EFT demontration on addiction...oh my and I could eat some right now....tap, tap, tap...!!!
